Job summary

Park Bank is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician in Madison, WI to lead a small team maintaining the bank's facilities and grounds, including the Park Bank Center and nine Dane County branches. This hands-on role reports to the Facilities Manager and emphasizes reliability, safety, and project execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks from maintenance to HVAC and electrical work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years related experience
• Proven leadership and vendor management
• Strong mechanical abilities with a variety of hand and power tools
• Residence within 20-25 minutes travel time to Park Bank Center

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities, resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance
• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs as needed
• Organize daily activities and mentor junior technicians
• Maintain HVAC systems including boiler and chiller
• Run network cabling and install cameras
• Drive company van between Park Bank Center and branches
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed
• Provide guidance for high-quality work and growth
• Perform general repairs on fixtures and building components
