Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various building systems and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete complex maintenance work orders in residential units and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues and HVAC components as needed.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with vendors.
