Job summary

The Park Bank is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to maintain our facilities and grounds, including the Park Bank Center and nine Madison area branches. You will work under the Facilities Manager, on a small team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, groundskeeping and coordinating with vendors. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and travel to multiple locations daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reside within 20–25 minutes travel to Park Bank Center.
• Minimum 1.5 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair facilities under supervision.
• Work alone or with a team to ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and complex work.
• Perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, doors and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot issues and use problem solving.
