Job summary
NR Consulting is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support manufacturing equipment and facility operations. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and perform routine maintenance on site.
Responsibilities include reading schematics, maintaining mills, lathes, compressors, and sensors, using multimeters, oscilloscopes and ammeters, and contributing to 5S, safety and continuous improvement while training operators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Hydraulic & pneumatic experience.
- OSHA/safety knowledge.
- Forklift or lift-equipment certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Maintain mills, lathes, compressors, hydraulic equipment, sensors, and controls.
- Read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and blueprints.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and ammeters.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Support 5S, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Train operators on basic equipment maintenance.
