Job summary

Kensington360 is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to maintain building facilities and manufacturing equipment in an advanced manufacturing environment, ensuring safe and reliable production with minimal downtime.

The role focuses on maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including CNC machines and PLCs, with emphasis on safety and quality in daily maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical, mechanical and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, servo motors and CNC equipment.
• Ability to read technical schematics and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment, including CNC machines, PLCs, servo motors and pneumatic systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, including electrical wiring, machine adjustments and equipment dismantling.
• Diagnose faults using schematics, PLCs and OEM manuals.
• Manage spare parts, work orders and external maintenance contractors.
• Support facility systems including fire pumps, alarms, emergency lighting and safety equipment.
• Follow LOTO, Hot Work, Arc Flash and PPE procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
