Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of equipment across multiple facilities in Mississippi. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to production needs.

The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, belts and conveying systems), at least two years of electrical experience, and the ability to work weekends/holidays while training new staff.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on machinery, responding to maintenance calls during production, repairing equipment quickly in a fast-paced setting, and training new staff on machinery operation.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control systems, including PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, belts, and conveying systems.
Qualifications include at least two years of electrical experience, effective communication skills, and flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.
Ideal candidates will be self-driven, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of navigating all areas of the facility and equipment.
Compensation is based on experience, and the role operates during midshift hours.
