Job summary

Spinoso is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure building and equipment compliance with regulations and to execute a cost-effective preventative maintenance program. You will lead repairs, manage preventive tasks, and support operations across the property in Saint Cloud, MN.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong tool proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required; vocational or technical school preferred
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated work experience in maintenance or related field
• Additional licenses or certifications in one or more areas of maintenance
• Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral instruction
• Ability to work with outside contractors, vendors, and tenants as needed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance/repair activities on interior and exterior areas of the property
• Maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
• Drywall repair/painting
• Equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Assist other departments with events, setups, and requests
• Adhere to OSHA requirements
• Perform additional complex maintenance duties as directed by the Operations Manager
