RTX Raytheon Real Estate Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Infrastructure Systems (Sr. Tech, Facilities) to maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and related infrastructure across 400,000+ sq ft of building space at the Dulles, VA site.

This on-site role supports day-to-day operations with building automation controls and essential systems. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of technical facilities experience, a HS diploma or higher, and proficiency with blueprints;

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Technical Facilities and a HS Diploma or GED or AA/AS degree (or another 2 year post HS training) and 4 or more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years’ experience in HVAC and Building Automation Controls

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair infrastructure systems with focus on HVAC.
• First shift facilities mechanic supporting site operations.
• Work with CMMS and prioritize work requests.
