Job summary

Simon Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Denver Premium Outlets to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, and to maintain the facility’s cleanliness and safety. You will coordinate with other maintenance staff to complete tasks and support event setup as needed.

Required are 2–3 years of building maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED, with technical certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; technical school certs preferred.
• 2–3 years of building maintenance experience across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and convey information clearly to management and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs to interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall, lighting and fixtures.
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
• Assist departments for events setup and cart placement/repair.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA standards; document maintenance actions.
