Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CMMS or Work Order program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25+ pounds.
• Able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl as needed.
• Work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central plant HVAC systems, air compressors, pumps, motors, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment and systems.
• Read manuals and interpret equipment specifications for preventive maintenance.
• Operate building control systems to monitor and adjust equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and conduct daily inspections.
