Park Bank is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to lead a small team and oversee maintenance of Park Bank Center and nine Dane County branches. The role includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems, with some on-call duties to respond to emergencies.

Requires 5+ years of related experience, leadership, and the ability to work with hand and power tools. Travel to branches and adherence to safety standards are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience.
• Proven leadership skills and vendor management experience.
• Above average mechanical abilities and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Park Bank buildings, resolve issues raised by associates and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform carpentry work, electrical repairs and plumbing when needed.
• Maintain HVAC systems including a boiler and chiller.
• Run network cable as needed, install and maintain cameras and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Drive company van from Park Bank Center to branches.
• Ensure all facilities operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
• Perform general repairs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting and fixing doors.
