Job summary

Park Bank in Madison, WI is hiring a Facilities Technician to maintain the bank’s facilities and grounds, including Park Bank Center and nine branches. You’ll work with a small team, perform general maintenance, and coordinate with trades for HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reside within 20–25-minute travel time to the Park Bank Center.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Above average mechanical abilities with various hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Work independently and in teams to ensure safety, cleanliness and functionality.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Coordinate with trades and vendors for scheduled maintenance and complex work.
• Repair drywall, paint, and repair doors and fixtures as needed.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems; lead after-hours matters as needed.
• Work onsite at designated branch locations and drive company van.
• Ensure facilities operations comply with safety regulations and policies.
