Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years' experience in general construction, carpentry, fire-stopping, or painting.
• Proven ability to lead a team of facilities technicians.
• Ability to read and update building drawings and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform renovation/restoration tasks for interior and exterior spaces.
• Modify/install drywall, doors, windows, ceilings, and flooring.
• Inspect and repair fire-rated walls and doors; install fire stop systems.
• Distribute work orders, mentor staff, and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers and supervision; maintain documentation.
