ManpowerGroup's client in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Facilities Technician 5 to support the Building Engineering and Maintenance Team across a five-building campus. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and responding to alarms in Building Automation Systems.

The ideal candidate holds Universal EPA 608 Certification, has at least 4 years of journeyman-level experience in commercial building engineering and HVAC, and can

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Journeyman-level experience with 4+ years in commercial building engineering and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Schneider, Metasys) or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, electrical distribution, plumbing, and facility maintenance.
• Valid driver\'s license and on-call rotation every 5-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to alarms within Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Schneider, and Metasys).
• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct facility inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to support client operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations and ensure equipment reliability across a five-building campus.
