Responsibilities

• Administrative support for Facilities Work Management and intake/processing of work orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues and provide KPI reporting.
• Prepare monthly billing, reporting, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Maintain and update Campus Operations website for accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide onboarding/training for staff and student employees; assist with inventory and stockroom coordination.
