Job summary

ACI/Herzog Joint Venture seeks a Facilities Superintendent for Hudson Bergen Light Rail in Hudson County, NJ. You will oversee facility and station maintenance, supervise the Facilities department, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, preventative maintenance, and timely reporting, with eligibility for a performance bonus. Requires 3–5 years in facility maintenance and light rail exposure.

Qualifications

Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
Ability to lead and train maintenance staff in preventative/corrective processes.
Experience with facility maintenance and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance facility and station workforce.
Supervise Facilities department and report to General Superintendent of MOW.
Record and catalog documents; manage time/material cost estimates.
Support during accidents, incidents, and hazard resolution.
Assist in hiring and procurement for the facilities department.
