Job summary

Alternate Concepts, Inc. (ACI) and Herzog Transit Services, Inc. (HTSI), collectively the ACI/Herzog Joint Venture, seek a Full-Time Transportation Manager / Line Controller to join Hudson Bergen Light Rail operations in Hudson County, NJ.

The hourly pay is $41.60, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. Resume required with application. Candidates must have five years in rail transit, including three in supervisory roles, and pass pre-employment screening; AHJV training

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in rail transit with at least three years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Ability to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening and background check.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the stated minimums.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line operations and supervis Supervisors, Operators, and station personnel.
• Monitor performance and service quality; coordinate staff coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and communication is maintained with OCC management.
