Job summary

Casino Del Sol seeks an experienced Facilities Specialist (level III) to perform advanced maintenance, repair, and leadership across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades. This role includes supervising crew members, training staff, and responding to after‑hours calls to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The successful candidate will drive maintenance programs, manage job cost estimates, and uphold safety policies and SDS compliance across all properties.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in building maintenance or related fields.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening required.
• U.S. employment eligibility required.
• Must obtain and retain a valid gaming license/background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related trades.
• Lead or train crew members; provide on‑the‑job guidance and safety training.
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies and coordinate with supervisors.
