Job summary

Quechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino is seeking a Facilities Technician III in Paradise Casino - Yuma, AZ. This role maintains equipment and structures, troubleshoots electrical issues, and repairs AV, lighting, HVAC, and wastewater systems to uphold high standards.

Under supervision, you will lead by example and support junior technicians, ensuring safe, reliable operations across the resort facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screens and obtain gaming licenses in AZ/CA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and physical structures of the casino property.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform repairs.
• Service audiovisual, lighting, HVAC, wastewater treatment, and related electrical equipment.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Technician III to join our Facilities team and help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect.

This position is responsible for maintaining equipment and physical structures, troubleshooting electrical problems and making the necessary repairs to audio/video, lighting system, HVAC system, wastewater treatment and other electrical equipment. This role requires advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, as well as the ability to lead by example and support junior technicians.

Qualifications:

Under general supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of the Casino resort property.

High School Diploma or GED required. Prior work experience in the field of building maintenance and a specialty area i.e. electrical, HVAC, required. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal preference will be given to qualified applicants.
