Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Senior Facilities Specialist to join our El Segundo headquarters. This hands-on role oversees daily service delivery, entry of work requests, preventive maintenance, and small projects across both HQ campuses.

You’ll collaborate with Office Management, IT, Security and Property Management to keep facilities safe, clean and employee-ready. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance in a commercial setting, CMMS experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance and repair experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Experience with CMMS, vendor coordination and small projects.
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely and read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assess facilities requests and prioritize actions based on safety and urgency.
• Perform minor routine maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate vendor activities and document performance against scope and cost.
• Assist with small projects and in-house moves.
• Manage facilities helpdesk and track work orders from intake to completion.
