Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis seeks a Senior Facilities and Space Planner to lead space planning, master planning, and feasibility studies on campus projects.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal clients to define scope, schedules, and budgets. This role requires a degree in architecture or related field with 5–7 years of experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, and FMSystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field, with 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Knowledge of facilities management practices and space management in large, complex organizations, preferably in research labs or healthcare.
• Ability to interpret and integrate complex data to guide planning and project decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead space and site planning, programming, and feasibility analyses for campus projects.
• Develop and coordinate complex planning studies for short-, mid-, and long-term planning.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with outside planning, design, engineering, and construction firms.
• Maintain FM Systems and other data, and prepare reports to support leadership decisions.
• Support the VP of Facility Planning & Analytics with space allocation information and recommendations.
