Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in facilities management and space planning for large campuses.
• Ability to analyze data and develop proactive solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs planning assignments including space and site planning, programming and feasibility analysis.
• Develops complex planning studies for space, facilities, transportation, and infrastructure.
• Prepares proposals and works with outside firms for projects as needed.
• Conducts research and prepares reports on land use, space, and transportation plans.
• Applies codes and provides technical advice for design and construction.
• Supports and leads project management initiatives and ensures smooth transition to implementation.
