Job summary

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis is seeking a Senior Facilities and Space Planner to develop and coordinate complex planning projects on the campus, including space planning, feasibility analysis, and master planning, ensuring cost-effective execution and alignment with the campus master plan.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field with 5-7 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, GIS and CAFM, and the ability to coordinate with design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field with 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience in space planning, campus master planning and facilities management.
• Knowledge of building codes and environmental standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external design and construction firms.

Responsibilities

• Performs space and site planning, programming and feasibility analysis.
• Develops planning studies for space, site, facilities, transportation, and infrastructure.
• Prepares proposals and coordinates with outside design and construction firms.
• Conducts research and prepares reports on land use, space utilization, and transportation.
• Maintains FM data using AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, CAFM and FMSystems.
• Supports project management and transition from planning to execution.
