Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital seeks a Senior Facilities and Space Planner to lead complex planning efforts for space, site, and campus programs.

You will act as a primary liaison to shape project scope, schedules, and master planning for major initiatives, including a new clinical office building. The role requires expertise in space programming, master planning, and data analysis, with strong CAD/Revit/GIS capabilities and experience coordinating with external design/construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of facilities management and space planning in large organizations.
• Experience with space programming, master planning, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD/REVIT tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform space and site planning, programming and feasibility analysis on the St. Jude campus.
• Develop complex planning studies for space, site, facilities, transportation, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with outside planning, design, engineering and construction firms for projects.
• Prepare reports on land use, space use, transportation plans, and analysis.
• Support the VP of Facility Planning & Analytics with space allocation information and data management.
• Lead scheduling planning projects and ensure documentation is maintained.
