Job summary

the ASSURANCE group is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead multi-site facility, utility, and maintenance operations in New Jersey. This hands-on leadership role oversees critical systems including boilers, purified water, HVAC, cleanrooms, and ISO-class environments.

The position emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, audits and validations support, vendor management, and capital projects across sites, driving standardization of best practices in a regulated life sciences

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of facilities management experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, and manufacturing support systems.
• Experience with cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA, CMMS, and IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
• Proven leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• CFM, FMP, PE, or energy management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site facility, utility, and maintenance operations.
• Oversee critical systems including high-pressure steam boilers, compressed air, WFI/purified water, HVAC, and ISO-classified cleanroom environments.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, support audits and validations, manage vendors and capital projects, and help standardize best practices across sites.
