Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician - Facilities Reliability to lead daily maintenance of the DC building envelope and equipment.

You will collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the site. The role requires 7+ years in maintenance within food manufacturing or distribution, strong electrical/mechanical and leadership capabilities, and on-call availability.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years maintenance experience in food manufacturing/distribution or similar.
• Proficient in equipment maintenance, mechanical design, and assembly.
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines, hydraulic maintenance, with troubleshooting.
• Experience with blueprints and shop drawings.
• Committed to food safety and overall safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; self-starter.
• Experience leading and coaching maintenance teams.
• On-call availability and shift flexibility.
• Strong written/verbal communication and multitasking; intermediate IT skills.
• English communication at necessary level for safety and documentation.

Mansioni

• Perform daily, preventative, reactive and predictive maintenance of building envelope, equipment, and site areas.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer specs, work orders, and warranties.
• Escalate issues not resolved promptly.
• Operate maintenance tasks safely, cost-effectively, per CFA SOPs.
• Identify recurring problems and potential solutions.
• Enter data into CMMS and financial systems accurately.
• Provide off-shift critical work and emergency repairs.
• Assist in selecting spare parts and determine inventory levels.
• Ensure records are maintained and safeguarded.
• Support energy and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with site leadership on operational/safety impacts.
• May act as Maintenance Lead on weekend shift.
