FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations across multiple facilities in Santa Clara, CA, ensuring maximum uptime of critical utilities, HVAC, cleanroom environments, and supporting a high‑performance maintenance culture.

You will manage 12+ years of hands-on experience, supervise a team of technicians, coordinate PM programs, and drive reliability improvements while maintaining safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or operations in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Experience supervising or leading technicians (formal or informal).
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills across HVAC, water systems, compressed air and vacuum, industrial gases, electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership — Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of facilities technicians; assign daily tasks and ensure safe, high-quality work.
• Preventive Maintenance Oversight — Plan, schedule, manage PM across HVAC, water systems, compressed air and vacuum systems, industrial gases and chemical delivery systems, electrical distribution, and process piping systems.
• Uptime Management — Ensure 24/7 reliability of critical utilities supporting cleanrooms and manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshooting Escalation — Lead response to equipment malfunctions; diagnose mechanical/electrical failures; coordinate corrective actions.
• CMMS Administration — Manage work orders, PM schedules, asset records, and technician workload.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination — Oversee external service providers; verify quality of work; ensure compliance with scope and safety requirements.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance — Enforce OSHA, hazardous materials, stored energy, and cleanroom protocols; maintain documentation and audit readiness.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and EHS to support production needs and facility infrastructure improvements.
• Emergency Response Leadership — Serve as primary escalation point for alarms, utility failures, and safety incidents; participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Continuous Improvement — Identify reliability risks, propose improvements, and implement best practices to enhance system performance and technician efficiency.
