Job summary

Fujifilm Dimatix is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance across multiple facilities in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead a team of technicians, prioritize work, manage PMs, coordinate vendors, and ensure all systems—HVAC, water, gases, electrical, and cleanroom infrastructure—run safely and reliably.

The role requires 12–15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or cleanrooms, strong leadership, and deep troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of hands-on facilities maintenance/operations experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Experience supervising or leading technicians (formal or informal).
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills across HVAC, water systems, gases, electrical distribution, and piping.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of facilities technicians; assign daily tasks and ensure safe work.
• Plan, schedule, and manage PM activities across multiple legacy and cleanroom systems.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime of critical utilities supporting production.
• Lead response to equipment malfunctions; diagnose failures; coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage work orders and PM schedules in the CMMS; track asset records.
• Oversee external vendors; verify scope, safety and quality of work.
• Enforce OSHA and hazardous materials compliance; maintain documentation and audits.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering and EHS on infrastructure improvements.
• Serve as primary escalation for alarms and on-call rotations; drive reliability.
• Identify risks and implement best practices to improve system performance.
