Job summary

Acro Service Corp. seeks a skilled Facilities Project Manager to lead maintenance, building projects and space planning in support of organizational efficiency.

The role oversees budgets, schedules and contract negotiations, coordinating with staff, contractors and stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, on-time results in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and experience in contract management, supply chain, and computer systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
• Experience in contract management and negotiation
• Supply chain management knowledge
• Computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and manages all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification and building projects from establishment of design concepts through design and implementation
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets and schedules
• Identifies problems and develops solutions such as allocation of resources or changing project scope
• May coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project
