Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL seeks a Principal, Facilities Engrg (CHQ Major Facilities) to lead end-to-end project management for major renovations, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations and site work, aligning capital plans with changing business needs.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors and regulatory authorities, prepare cost estimates and contracts, and drive design and construction oversight from concept through closeout, delivering on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for major projects including building renovations, capital infrastructure improvements, equipment installations and site work.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to accommodate business requirements.
• Responsibilities cover all phases of project management including evaluation of requirements, estimating, design, scheduling, budget management, design oversight, construction management and project close out.
• Regularly report on project status, milestones, and financials to senior leadership.
