Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr Specialist, Facilities Engrg in Clifton, NJ to lead facility life-cycle infrastructure projects supporting manufacturing operations. You will be the primary liaison between internal customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in mechanical/electrical engineering with years of relevant experience.
• Strong safety and customer focus with excellent communication across management and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility capital improvement, infrastructure, and life-cycle projects from concept to completion.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, specs, AutoCAD layouts and docs.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EH&S, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering to execute projects.
• Oversee construction activities, contracts, change orders, invoices, and closeout.
• Manage budgets, milestones, resources, and performance metrics.
• Support space planning, office layouts, equipment moves, and utility infra.
• Develop operating budgets and long-range facility planning.
• Oversee maintenance, CMMS management, and compliance with codes/regulations.
