Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure and library facility improvement projects in the Los Angeles area. The role covers planning through construction close-out, including sustainability infrastructure like solar and EV charging systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a CCM certification, and a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background. Hybrid work arrangement available. Location: Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years (PM I) of project management and concurrent field construction experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Work experience in project planning and development.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of municipal infrastructure and library facility improvement projects.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of facility alteration, sustainability, solar energy, and EV charging projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders.
