The Senior Facilities Project Manager of Activation provides activation leadership across large-scale capital projects, ensuring successful transitions from construction completion through occupancy and operational readiness.
At UT MD Anderson, the Senior Facilities Project Manager of Activation serves as the Facilities Planning, Design and Construction representative for assigned projects. Working within Facilities Planning, Design and Construction this position leads activation and deactivation planning, transition coordination, equipment procurement, move management, and stakeholder engagement to support successful facility openings and closures.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Facilities Project Manager of Activation will possess extensive project management expertise in capital facility activation, procurement processes, construction practices, equipment installation requirements, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance. Education, experience, and licensure requirements were not provided; therefore, candidates should demonstrate the qualifications necessary to independently manage complex activation projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
Salary Range: $123,000 - $154,000 - $185,000
