Job summary

The role requires extensive project management experience in activation, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance within academic healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management/construction experience.
• Preferred: 15 years of project/construction management in major academic healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation and deactivation phases of complex facility projects.
• Define scope, schedules, and resources for large capital projects.
• Oversee activation planning, equipment procurement, and move coordination.
• Independently manage major activation projects with minimal direction.
• Ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met; maintain contract compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and project documentation.
