Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management/construction experience.
• Experience with academic healthcare facilities preferred.
• Ability to independently manage complex activation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation and deactivation phases of complex facility projects.
• Define scope, schedules, and resources for large-scale capital projects.
• Oversee equipment procurement, move coordination, and deactivation of existing spaces.
