Work Location: 100% remote.

Travel Required: once per quarter for team gathering.

Job Overview :

The Technical Project Manager plans and coordinates the execution of cross-functional projects, including product development, release to field, regulatory submissions, clinical studies, regulatory compliance, and product roll-out.

In this role you will :

• Work closely with the Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering teams to generate timelines and milestones for each project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the status of each project.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met and communicate their status to stakeholders, making trade-offs as needed.
• Manage project resources and identify and escalate resource constraints promptly.
• Anticipate and identify issues and risks in meeting timelines, communicate them, and develop mitigation plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Eligibility Requirements :

• This position is based in the Client States only. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• 5-8 years of technical project management experience for AI / Software products in healthcare.

Desired Characteristics :

• Technical background demonstrated through a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or through relevant work experience.
• Experience with healthcare regulated environments, enterprise software, machine learning, or software development is a plus.
