Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of related experience; or a minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with communications engineering designs, service solutions and implementation processes.
• Ability to lead in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate complex operations across multiple teams within the FTI Deployment domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications maintenance request events based on customer requests.
• Review procedures for implementing new network designs.
• Coordinate field implementation across multiple teams within the FTI Deployment domain.
• Review L3Harris DICE artifacts (diagrams, MOPs and parts) and field work orders (DCDs).
