Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager to lead construction at the Beaverton site, owning scope, budget, and schedule across offices, labs, and cleanrooms.

You will coordinate design firms, contractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant facilities on time and within budget. With a baseline of 10+ years in project leadership, you will drive budgeting, design coordination, and procurement while communicating with stakeholders across time zones and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects from conception through close-out.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global environment, balancing multiple time zones and remote projects.

Responsabilités

• Directly lead and manage construction projects across the Beaverton site including offices, labs, and cleanrooms.
• Maintain ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and quality, coordinating external design firms and contractors.
• Develop project charters, define scope and deliverables, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budget forecasts; track expenditures.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, EHS, and Facilities Design to translate requirements into designs.
• Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and administer master construction agreements.
• Coordinate permitting activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee schedules, milestones, and progress; identify risks and mitigate.
• Review change orders and invoices; manage budget adherence.
• Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards; report status and risks.
• Provide regular management updates; manage close-out, turnover, and as-built docs.
