Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, seeks an experienced Tool Install Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of advanced semiconductor equipment installations for factory expansion and capacity growth.

You will partner with engineering, facilities, manufacturing, and contractors to deliver multimillion-dollar capital projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets, while enabling smooth startups and production ramp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field required.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred to be considered for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead semiconductor tool installation projects from concept through production handoff.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, critical path analyses, and forecasts.
• Oversee installation sequencing and resource planning for multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with construction, facilities, manufacturing, process and equipment engineering teams, and vendors.
• Lead contractor selection, bid evaluations, and contract execution.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
