Insight Global is seeking a hands-on program leader to manage national facilities and construction programs across a large portfolio of locations. You will build structure, drive repeatable processes, and partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors while overseeing multiple sites with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities include leading program reporting, risk management, status reviews, and executive communications; serving as escalation point for project managers; and developing

Competenze

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in construction management, facilities management, or related infrastructure programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PE certification.
• Experience managing or leading other project managers.
• Strong knowledge of construction and facilities management processes and technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Experience developing and enforcing standardized project delivery processes.
• Ability to manage program-level status reporting, risks, escalations, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Comfortable interfacing with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5 times annually).
