Job summary
Schreiber Foods is seeking a Senior Processing Engineer for our Beloit, Wisconsin manufacturing plant. You will optimize upstream dairy processes, including blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration, and sanitation, while collaborating with Operations, QA, Maintenance, and Data Analytics teams to drive continuous improvement.
This on-site role offers relocation support and a strong ESOP benefit, with growth opportunities in process excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Chemical or Process preferred.
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience in fluid processing or related field in food/beverage is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day process engineering support in dairy processing.
- Identify improvements to efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Drive strategies for line capability, capacity, and optimization.
- Design improvements to enhance yield and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for optimization.
- Lead or support capital projects from concept to commissioning.
