Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ professional painting experience (preferred in large facilities).
• Minimum of five years supervising a team.
• Minimum of three years using CMMS for work scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Paint Department and assign work.
• Develop daily/weekly schedules and monitor progress; ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, paint application, and finishing quality.
