Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a skilled Painter to service our facility. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week, focused on interior and exterior painting tasks.

You will prep walls, perform sanding, protect surfaces, move furniture as needed, and apply paint using roller, brush or sprayer. The ideal candidate takes pride in detail, stays organized, and works well with a team.

• Experience with painting tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare walls for paint application and perform necessary sanding.
• Move furniture and protect surfaces to prevent splatters.
• Apply paint using rollers, brushes or sprayers as needed.
• Clean up workspaces after completion of painting.
• Perform all duties related to the painting process.

Full Time: 37.5 hours/week

Job Duties

Cleaning/Prepping walls for paint application

Spackling and sanding of imperfections on paint surfaces

Furniture movement and/or relocation in preparation of paint application

Covering of all surfaces needing protection from possible paint splatters

Painting hallways, resident rooms, bathrooms, lounges, common areas, building exterior as needed, utilizing roller, spray and /or brush application techniques.

Clean up of workspaces following painting.

All duties associated with the painting process.
