Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years Engineering experience or
• Associates degree and 8 years of [Engineering experience OR
• Bachelors degree and 4 years of Engineering experience OR
• Masters degree and 2 years of Engineering experience OR
• Doctorate degree

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative leadership to support site startup and operations.
• Manage Facility Integrated Service Providers (ISP) and oversee ISPs delivering Integrated Facilities Management and Food Services.
• Ensure cGMP and safety requirements, local/global regulations, and maintenance standards are followed.
• Support safety of personnel during plant construction and startup across multiple shifts with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational efficiencies and act as a customer advocate with senior management to translate needs into initiatives.
