Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 12 years of maintenance/operations/manufacturing experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of maintenance/operations/manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of maintenance/operations/manufacturing experience.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of maintenance/operations/manufacturing experience.
• Doctorate degree required or preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure reliability of GMP and non-GMP equipment.
• Meet with clients to define strategic direction for the Maintenance Team.
• Oversee staffing, training, and staff development.
• Ensure PM/calibration scheduling and regulatory compliance.
• Manage department budget and cross-functional coordination.
