Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: minimum of 10 years in building maintenance, with at least 4 years in leadership.
• Scope of Job/Qualifications: minimum of 2 reports and involvement in talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and plans routine inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Manages maintenance requests and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.
• Leads repair work on office furniture, fixtures, and structural components.
• Plans seasonal grounds maintenance including snow/ice removal; allocates resources.
