This individual will work full time out of the Richfield office. **Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities*** Oversees and plans routine inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. Ensures schedules are met and standards maintained.* Manages response to maintenance requests and troubleshooting activities. Ensures timely resolution and escalates critical issues as needed.* Leads and reviews repair work on office furniture, fixtures, and structural components.* Develops seasonal grounds maintenance plans, including snow and ice removal strategies; allocates resources and monitors execution.* Manages relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations. May negotiate service agreements.* Ensures compliance with company and regulatory safety programs. Conducts audits and implements corrective actions when necessary.* Oversees maintenance records, inspections, and repair documentation.
