The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in building maintenance and 4 years of leadership, with strong problem-solving and vendor management skills to coordinate repairs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and plans routine inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Manages response to maintenance requests; ensures timely resolution and escalates critical issues.
• Leads and reviews repair work on office furniture, fixtures, and structural components.
• Develops seasonal grounds maintenance plans, including snow and ice removal strategies.
• Manages relationships with external vendors and contractors for repairs or installations; negotiates service agreements as needed.
• Ensures compliance with company and regulatory safety programs; conducts audits and corrective actions.
