Job summary

Trademasters Service is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager for a large federal building in NE Washington, DC 20002. You will manage onsite operations, coordinate engineering, custodial, and security services, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires extensive O&M/CFM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to respond rapidly to emergencies. Working hours are on-site, Monday–Friday, with after-hours flexibility for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of O&M/CFM facility management experience, with at least 8 years in PM/supervisory role.
• Experience managing CMMS systems for assets, PM schedules, work orders, inspections, and QC.
• Proficient in Google Drive & Microsoft Office.
• Experience implementing and enforcing Quality Control Programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite facilities management for a large government facility.
• Lead a diverse team of managers, supervisors, technicians, custodians and subcontractors.
• Be on-call 24/7/365 for facility emergencies and respond within one hour.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and processes.
• Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain program documentation for codes, contracts, training and licenses.
• Manage subcontractors and perform performance reviews and follow-up actions.
• Supervise Facility & Custodial Services team and coordinate OLM orders.
