Trademasters Service in Washington, DC is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a large government facility, including engineering, custodial, and maintenance across half a million square feet.

This onsite role requires 12+ years in O&M/CFM with CMMS experience, strong safety/quality controls, and the ability to manage diverse teams and respond to emergencies 24/7. Salary ranges from $110k to $120k with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Experience managing O&M/CFM facilities programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite facilities management for a large government facility.
• Lead diverse team of managers, supervisors, technicians, custodians and subcontractors.
• Be on call 24/7/365 for facility emergencies and be on site within one hour of notification.
• Ensure onsite staff and subcontractors adhere to safety and quality plans and processes.
• Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
• Provide subcontractor and vendor management including performance reviews.
